Annual Dues for 2025 are due March 1, 2024. Statements and our Annual Newsletter have been mailed out. If you have not received a copy please let us know. If you need to set-up a payment plan, please contact us by email. Please send check or money order payable to Grove Creek HOA, P.O. Box 40415, Grand Junction, CO 81504. We are not able to accept electronic payments at this time.

The Board of Directors will be working on identifying and notifying properties that are in violation of our CC&Rs. At this time there is no violations inspector but any homeowner can file a report by emailing the board with the address and nature of the violation.

Special Assessment 2025
A one time special assessment in the amount of $200 was approved by a unanimous vote at the 2025 Annual Homeowners' Meeting. This will be used to re-landscape the turf grass areas along 30 1/2 Road with a more xeric media.
Invoices will be mailed out by the end of March.
The Board of Directors has appointed a steering committee to help develop these plans. If you are interested in being part of this committee, please email grovecreekboard@gmail.com.

Grove Creek Subdivision is a peaceful 319 home community with a 2 acre park. We are conveniently located in the Southeast area of Grand Junction, Colorado between D 1/2 and D Road.
The HOA Assessment is $160 annually (Jan 1 to Dec 31)
