Annual Meeting Notice
The Grove Creek HOA Annual Meeting was held and new Board Of Directors was chosen.

We’re excited to share that our community is preparing to begin Phase 2 of the landscaping project. This next phase will bring additional improvements and enhancements that will continue to make our neighborhood more beautiful and enjoyable for everyone.
In order to move forward with scheduling and beginning the work, we need all homeowners to submit their required landscaping fees. These payments are essential for funding the project and allowing contractors to begin the next phase.
If you have not yet paid your landscaping fee, please do so as soon as possible. Once sufficient funds have been collected, we will be able to move ahead with the project and provide a timeline for the work to begin.
Annual HOA Dues
Annual dues remain $160 and are due by March 1. Payments may be made online or mailed to: Grove Creek HOA, P.O. Box 40415, Grand Junction, CO 81504

Grove Creek Subdivision is a peaceful 319 home community with a 2 acre park. We are conveniently located in the Southeast area of Grand Junction, Colorado between D 1/2 and D Road.
The HOA Assessment is $160 annually (Jan 1 to Dec 31)
Assessments are due by March 1
