Annual Meeting Notice
The Grove Creek HOA Annual Meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 7:00 PM at Pear Park
Elementary School, Grand Junction. All homeowners are strongly encouraged to attend.
Election of a New Board of Directors:
A new Board of Directors will be elected to serve a two-year term. The current Board will not be seeking reelection. Atleast three homeowners are needed to serve as President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
Without an active Board, the HOA cannot manage finances, maintain insurance, address maintenance needs,
enforce standards, or meet legal requirements. Participation protects property values and the future of Grove Creek.
Quorum Requirement:
A quorum of at least 31 homes must be represented in person or by proxy. Please return your proxy form no later than February 21, 2026.
Annual HOA Dues
Annual dues remain $160 and are due by March 1. Payments may be made online or mailed to: Grove Creek HOA, P.O. Box 40415, Grand Junction, CO 81504

Grove Creek Subdivision is a peaceful 319 home community with a 2 acre park. We are conveniently located in the Southeast area of Grand Junction, Colorado between D 1/2 and D Road.
The HOA Assessment is $160 annually (Jan 1 to Dec 31)
