  • Annual Dues for 2024 are due March 1, 2024.  Statements and our Annual Newsletter have been mailed out.  If you have not received a copy by February 20, 2024, please let us know.  If you need to set-up a payment plan, please contact us by email.    Please send check or money order payable to Grove Creek HOA, P.O. Box 40415, Grand Junction, CO 81504.

  • The Board of Directors will be working on identifying and notifying properties that are in violation of our CC&Rs.  At this time there is no violations inspector but any homeowner can file a report by emailing the board with the address and nature of the violation.

The Annual Grove Creek Homeowners' Association Meeting has been scheduled for 7:00 PM on February 28th at Pear Park Elementary School at 432 30 1/4 Rd, Grand Junction, CO 81504.  We hope to see you there!
